Amarillo Dumpster Rentals, LLC will place the roll-off dumpster where specified by the customer. As such, Amarillo Dumpster Rentals, LLC will be held harmless for any property damage such as but not limited to driveways, yards, curbs, french drains, or tire tracks/ruts should it occur on delivery or pickup of the roll-off dumpster. Amarillo Dumpster Rentals, LLC will be held harmless of any personal injury or right-of-way discrepancies. The customer accepts responsibility and agrees not to exceed the weight limit of the provided dumpster and will follow all guidelines on what can and cannot be loaded into the roll-off dumpster as specified on the Pricing and FAQ pages on the Amarillo Dumpster Rentals, LLC website. Should there be anything in question, customer agrees to contact Amarillo Dumpster Rentals, LLC by phone prior to delivery or pickup so as to avoid any problems or extra charges. Do not overfill the dumpster past the top track where our net cover must be placed to haul debris securely to the landfill. There is a line on the side of the dumpster that reads "Do Not Fill Past This Point." If there is an overfill, an overfill fee starting at a minimum of $65.00 will be charged to the card on file.
